History

Ringer Herefords started in the Fall of 1972 by Darrell and Margaret Ringer, by purchasing 25 Registered Heifers from Ed Werth. In 1973 started the purchase of Beloit Bull Test and in the winter of 1974 from George Werth a Canadian Ardmore. In 1994 due to family tragedy, a dispersal was conducted, however, with the help of Marvin Feddes and Dean Davis, Ringer Herefords were able to restart and continue the herd they have today.

Ringer Herefords have been striving to produce cattle with a proper balance of calving ease, growth, maternal, fertility, and carcass traits. We make every effort to raise balanced bulls and heifers that will contribute to the herd now and for years to come.
